Attorney Profile
STEVEN J. WRIGHT
Steven Wright became a lawyer knowing that he wanted to practice criminal law and defend people’s rights, and that’s exactly what he’s done for all 18 years of his career.
Steven takes his role as your defender seriously. He knows that being charged with a crime can be one of the most stressful times in your life. But he also knows how much worse it can be with a lawyer who won’t fight and won’t communicate. So he makes sure you know every step of the way what’s happening and why you should pursue a particular strategy.
Steven has dedicated his practice to the most serious and complex cases, specializing in appeals and federal criminal law. Both of these areas are highly technical and require extensive experience beyond that of most criminal lawyers. But he also loves bringing that same degree of intensity and attention to detail to misdemeanor cases.
Steven lives with his wife in the Longfellow neighborhood of Minneapolis.
